    As to CC turnovers - it just dawned on me - maybe I am slow. But if a team shoots 50%, then 4 turnovers will equal 4 points. So if you get 10 assists that is at least 20 points, but really a few more. So CC goes 20-10-4 and that is 20 pts off of assists and giving 4-6 off of turnovers...

    I seem to remember kids in their last year getting insurance in case they got hurt and couldn't perform for a FB or BB draft. Is that available? If so, with a decent NIL package he could buy insurance that would still set him up if he gets injured.

    I checked stats and most of those high per cent players are taking 1-2 shots a game. And I doubt many of them are point guards. CC is guarded like no other PG. If she could stand in a corner and wait for a pass I would bet she would shoot near 40%/

    For all you folks saying CCs numbers are not very good - I looked up her first year stats. 8 assists, around 60% from 2 and 34 from 3. I think all the injuries last year had a very bad effect on her stats. Maybe her last few games show she is on a comeback. At least most of us hope so.

    checked stats for CC against Sun. How in the H..L can a point guard go thru a game (36 minutes) without being fouled once for a free thro. That should be enough proof for the WNBA that the refs need a BIG change.
