    I've been greatly impressed with Dane's ability to get the ball out in front of the receivers. I'm glad to see our wideouts no longer need to slow down or stop to catch passes.

    From what I discovered on the interwebs. The job entails scouting and recruiting. Also he'll be working with all the departments at the school to make sure players are compliant and will work with the staff to find ways to make the school a better destination for current and future players.
