Because they gave over-rated Warren a game?
Also, when you say wrong....PR running clocked Wauc/them by half....
That LF D got beat good allowing 40+ by 3-6 Carmel...
IF Lake Forest beats PR, it's because their offense could put up big numbers against PR crawling D. That zasty kid adds a...
Fox Valley rolled.
Wauconda was down 28-0 in the 1st quarter.
This week, I see us and PR in collision course for 6A....again. Jacobs has areal shot here, and I like them in the upset.
Seriously?
Jacobs just beat up a Hersey team many had as a 7A dark horse.
Hampshire almost came back and beat 8-1 moline..7A
PR pounded VH
CLC pounded Amunssen, I know CPL team, but still
CLS well, played Harlem
and we laid waste to the Erabs..
I can see FVC 3-1 or even 4-0 this week...
Wauconda will not be able to stop PR on offense. But lucky for them, they do not like to play defense. I've never seen a coach who makes his d line crawl against teams that run a spread O or read option. It's actually comical. Watch the film on the Hampshire game, crazy.
I still think PR...
Fox Valley, the whole D155 (Cary, CLS, CLC, PR) all 6A schools all pasted Huntley 8a.
Cary and PR together is smaller than Huntley. Hampshire, also 6A beat Huntley as well.
Considering Huntley is over twice the size of PR and the wolves can even add another class onto that to make them the about the same as Huntley...., The Red Raiders should roll.
However, that is should not be the case here. IF PR stops making their Dline crawl (who does that outside TCYFL Pac...
When I say surprise, I mean it won't be the blow out-miss-match everyone assumes is going to happen. PR is solid, they play their game...we will be treated to a good game.
That said, if they let ESL play their game....well, the 7A game will start early.
While I believe ESL will win, I think PR will surprise.
IF they control the ball, and IF they don't have their dline crawl (fyi, can't get holding calls when crawling PR), then they will be in position to pull the upset off. If they crawl....you will see a running clock.
