    I think that’s the problem. I still love salmon patties, but you need to remove the bones and skin. Season it with some Old Bay and/or Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic. Fine ground salt on the top just before serving.

    This. The situation had already went off the rails. He probably started recording to protect himself. The QT employee taking up for him, apologizing for Ken’s behavior, and the later revelation that the police ran Ken off and comforted the kids says that Ken was the one with poor judgment.

    From what I gather, the room was not occupied, and the female QT employee was watching the door. Ken got tired of his old lady and MIL having to wait. He’s probably regretting having his manhood taken by Karen and her old mom and was just taking it out on guy and his kids.
