    I think on3 takes into account incoming and outgoing players for an overall net rating. That might explain the discrepancy. I could be wrong about that and if I am I’m sure someone will call me stupid, unpatriotic, and possibly a serial killer.

    This makes sense when Pope discusses continuity. Money doesn’t seem to be an issue and as long as his stated age is legit and he’s guaranteed to be two years then this is a no brainer. Pay him this year, see if he can break through, and give him a pay bump for year two and have a continuity...
