    As long as they don't go 3-5 (2002) in conference and 5-3 (2003 with senior-ladden team) with BLOWOUT losses on the reg out of nowhere, once Saban's culture and roster are gone, they should be fine. Translation...do better than .500 in conference once it's your team when you take over the top...
