He has NBA potential and I think we would do great on offense here. However, I don't know how he would do on the defensive end. He still needs to make a big jump on that side of the ball.

Houston has to play Purdue in Indy, which amps up that game. Duke may have to get through Alabama who made it to the F4 last year.

This guy can shoot, is athletic, and has 3 years left. With 15 spots, you take this kid. Could be a huge payoff and doesn't scare away other players.
You can have up to 15 scholarships next year. You 100% take a flyer on a potential NBA talent to fill out your roster. Can't believe this is even up for debate.
Going to root for him the rest of the season. If he feels led to transfer after that, I'm not going to worry too much about it. I think Pope has already shown his ability to get guys from the portal. However, there's no sense getting worked up about it right now.
