OT: what’s the dividing line between North and South Jersey?

I never considered Warren county to be Central. To me that is North Jersey.

OT: what’s the dividing line between North and South Jersey?

If you divide the State into 3 portions each portion would be about 65 miles in depth. Cape May up to Stafford and across is the South Parkway down to about Middletown would be the North And the 60 to 65 miles between those 2 are Central. And exactly zero people would agree with doing it...

Which candidate for governor is the most pro Rutgers athletics spending?

I went to a talk Jack C gave at the Jackson library in a previous election. He seemed like a nice guy and was very good in his talk. He and I did not agree on some issues and one he was wrong in his statement on the program but I could see how people would vote for him. I will not vote for him...

OT: NJ HS track meet of champions

That is a fantastic performance I will have to tell my wife when she gets home. She ran track starting over 50 years ago. When she first started there was no girls team. When they had the first girls team girls were not allowed to run more than a mile.

Which candidate for governor is the most pro Rutgers athletics spending?

NJ goes republican/democrat or democrat/republican in governor races so I would not be surprised although he will have to pull democratic voters to some extent. OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

I was born in 1958 and worked with many earlier year boomers who had a much easier time buying their first home. I will still say it was easier for me than someone born between 1995-2000. Although those of us buying our first home in the 80’s would have loved current interest rates

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

I did the buy a cheap starter home and fix it process but have to admit it was easier for my generation than it is now. And it was much easier for my parents. Not without difficulty but not like now.

Glassdoor is wrong. Statewide the average teacher makes about$80,000. Ocean county teachers are lower. I do agree with you that teachers don't make enough to buy homes in most towns https://www.nj.com/ocean/2025/01/ocean-county-median-teacher-salaries-ranked-by-district-see-latest-data.html

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

According to the link kupuna posted my number was very close. The discussion was about their police salary not total compensation including benefits and what they can earn by working construction gigs.

OT: Another NJ farm to be seized

Your link says the average statewide salary is $99k. I was not including other benefit costs or what they earn working other jobs.
