    With the schedule 6-6 and a bowl game, any bowl game would be a win. MSU game will be critical. FITZ role and our likely QB having MSU ties will be over hyped. It will be good to get that discussion behind us.

    Page has a lot if talent. If he is paired with another strong front line player, he might be a first tier BIG player.

    He has been a starter. A few more years on NFL roster and he will have had a decent NFL career. 1st round pick was a lot to live up to but a multi year starter is a RD 2 - 3 expectation and he met that. Represented NU well and he is not done. Hope he stays healthy.

    GIven the game location IU favorite as a road team. That may lower the spread just a bit. IU will have a lot if fans at the game. That will help them. Having BIG win 3 in a row is a good thing.

    CCat had a good point. A lot of us felt good about this match up but NU has had so many disappointing performances and losses when favored by -10 to12 points including MAC schools. The 1st QTR was a slow start but we won big on turnovers. I loved Fitzgerald but for every good win was a letdown...

    There are no Bad Bowls. Playing football into Dec and better yet Jan is a good thing. Ford Field is a great venue and driving vs airport mess was a huge plus. Play 13 is a great goal.

    Central Michigan had a really good turnout. Announced crowd of 27k seemed to fit but by filling the lower bowl the game had a good feel. Having both bands there was nice.     I am getting to NU event at about 11:30. Tickets through NU in section 106. Bought through the school and paid $100 but at least good seats.
