Why do we need to focus on HS players anymore

When the transfer portal gets cleaned up I believe it's going to be tougher to win the way Florida just did. The open transfer portal has worked about as well as the one & dones have. Just let high school guys go straight to the NBA if they can. Set a minimum amount of two years to any player...

    SEC Programs

Three. For some reason that one over Utah escaped my mind. It bought Tubby Smith a lot of goodwill before we found out he won off the back of Pitino imo.

    SEC Programs

I was shocked to discover that Florida has more national titles in basketball than Michigan State. They are only two behind another "blue blood" in Indiana. Arizona and Maryland are deemed powers , but they only have one title a piece to go along with two Final Fours a piece. Syracuse is...

Why are we hammering the Arkansas twitter pages?

Hey he broke that streak vs Florida. He even created one of his own. But you aren't wrong about the recent trend, I just remind myself of the 90's whenever I think football is in a terrible spot today.

Why are we hammering the Arkansas twitter pages?

Ever seen the list of most hated fan bases for football and basketball? Kentucky isn't top fifty in football. Guess where they are in basketball? Look at those classy Duke fans in football compared to basketball. Tennessee fans are terrible in both. Florida is much worse in football than...

Ranking every Champion since 2000 by ESPN. I can't believe our 2012 boys aren't #1

In the hall of kings the cutlery is gold, the food and drink are first class. The queens are impeccable and the seats are made of the finest material known to man. Let the peasants debate which king is mightiest as they bring you gifts and amuse you as court jesters. You think Houston would...

Honestly - Where Does UK BB Fit?

If you don't think Kentucky can compete in this era I think you haven't been paying attention to the transfer portal. Florida just won a title with a third year coach who had never won a single tournament game before this year. Auburn just had their best year ever as did Alabama and Tennessee...

Did the Vols run into the Kentucky effect?

Auburn, Duke, Houston, Florida, Saint Johns, Tennessee, Alabama, Michigan State, Texas Tech and Kentucky were the top 10 seeds in this tournament. I think chalk held up, outside of the West 10 seed Arkansas making it to the Sweet 16. But they played in the best conference this year, and they...

I REALLY hate the UT UCLA game today…..

Meh. Kentucky doesn't need Tennessee to win to enhance the view of the program. UCLA hasn't been anywhere close to Kentucky for about two and a half decades now. They had a little revival between 2006-2011, but as far as "blue bloods" go, it's been pretty underwhelming. I think Tennessee should...

    North Carolina Favoritism.

For all of Bubba's involvement, it only extended their season by five days. I guess you can add another appearance banner. Still only one Quad One win for the mighty Tar Heels.

    North Carolina Favoritism.

I agree. Which leads me to question the integrity of the selection committee. Indiana didn't get in and they had a better season. I can't seem to find a valid reason North Carolina got in besides $$$, but even with that I can't think of another instance where even a Kentucky or Duke would've...

    North Carolina Favoritism.

Don't know where you pulled that out of. But I might suggest you attended Louisville with that take of yours. I'll clear it up for you little birdie. Kentucky is a blue blood like North Carolina, if things are all even or maybe even tilted in the odds of a non blue blood like West Virginia, I...

    North Carolina Favoritism.

Maybe.... But there's always room for more Tar Heel bashing imo. Even if they win...
