    I honestly don't know how they " measure" that but they publicize the crap out of it. We don't have all that emissions stuff that those states do so maybe that the difference.

    $1.99 here but remember, TN has highest state tax on gasoline in US. It's over $ 0.30 I don't recall the exact figure.
