    IDK what the cap is! I put a number out there that matches reports from other teams. My concern is putting a big chuck on 1 guy, and if he doesn't pan out you cripple your team! " Peterson" ect. Would you rather have 2 extra portal pieces for the price of 1 elite freshman? Which one wins...
