    The book explains their methodology but I haven't tried to understand all of it. They have good reasons for how and why they do things, but it's all very experimental. Edit: those percentages are rounded to nearest whole percent, so its not literally zero, just .48% or less.

    I was reading Keith Law's rankings the other day and he had Gray the #5 overall 2011 draft prospect and the #2 pitcher behind Gerrit Cole of UCLA. He's listed at 5'11''. Rare for a sub 6-foot college righthander to be rated that high so he must have great stuff.
