I'm a Traditionalist born as a Gen-X. But I think there is plenty of blame to go around... my gross generalization and simplification is that the highest pursuit of Boomers was work, Gen-X pursued themselves, and Millennials pursued "hope and change". Now those same groups seem over-worked...
