I’m placing Iowa on Upset Alert!!!!

You know what though...I didn't know a whole lot about Rutgers, and now by the sounds of it, I may know even less after reading that whole thing, but it sure did get me ready for the game!

Football Rutgers vs. Iowa NCAA Football 14 Simulation

Close. Iowa was offsides on the final kickoff. Missed call!

So what if anything will Rutgers do to counteract the pink locker room?

Every few years some PC SJW raises an issue with it in Iowa City. A visiting law professor from Harvard (demeaning to gays and women), some other robot dork professor (emasculating), etc. So far, fortunately it's always been dismissed. Personally I think it's become a fun tradition, generates...

So what if anything will Rutgers do to counteract the pink locker room?

Taking a few seconds to think about something other than the game is where the impact lies. Michigan papers the walls...but Harbaugh has never won in Iowa City as a player or coach. Does it have any impact? Certainly not game changing, but every moment spent questioning the impact of a pink...

RU @ Iowa - Available on TV app?

FYI - Last week Iowa's game was on FS1. There was a baseball game running long, so I went to the app to bring the game up. They didn't start the broadcast on the app on time, so we missed the first 4-5 minutes even on the app. So your app may be working fine if the game isn't coming up on...

Friday night in Iowa City-any particular bar??

There were definitely waivers, and a safety briefing prior to play. They always had employees within view of the axe throwers. One thing about Iowa though, they have relatively low taxes on alcohol, and hard stuff is available everywhere (gas stations, costco, etc).

    THE OFFICIAL RUTGERS-IOWA PREDICTION THREAD

One thing...I don't think any Iowa fan would be surprised to see a run heavy, "boring" game. Most of them wouldn't find it boring either.

Friday night in Iowa City-any particular bar??

From Iowa originally, live on the east coast now. You're more likely to find grain fed beef there, and IMO yes, it's better. That said, it's America, and there are lots of places for good burgers. Iowa City is no exception. I've not lived there in a while, but I know Short's Burgers and Shine...

I think its time for WVU, Penn State, Notre Dame

The ACC Network doesn't mean anything, nor does the Big XII GOR. The Pac-12 will be the catalyst for movement. It's fair to say this is a message board, and yes, we should all leave this to someone else. It won't stop anyone from predicting. Deal with it.

I think its time for WVU, Penn State, Notre Dame

This is what 2025 will look like, with 64 power 4 teams: 1. Oklahoma and Texas will be in the B1G 2. WVU and Notre Dame will be in the ACC 3. The Pac-12 will include BYU, Kansas, Kansas State and either Iowa State or Baylor. 4. The SEC will include Texas Tech and TCU The Big 8, Big 12, Big...
