    I think it's only a matter of time before it happens but would be crazy to expect schools to spend a couple of thousand dollars on something like that right now in the current state of things.

    Statesville may also may not allow Cowan to go either. I would think the district transfer window for employees is closed. Usually they have to request a transfer by a certain point in the spring. They'll be done in 4 weeks.
