Stepping in the circle is not a foul. The NW player stepped on the line as she shot and the goal was not waived off . The rule only applies when the refs choose to apply it
After the fact, but could we have challonged Kings goal taken away bc she was bumped into the crease after the shot went in ?? .. rules are rules, right?
