If you haven’t used Golf Now, I highly recommend it. I probably played 25 different courses last year and I don’t think I paid more than $30 for a round. I played a couple of courses for $15...cart included. They also have a rewards program to earn free rounds.
It’s the easiest meat to smoke in my opinion. It’s almost impossible to 17 it up. Just use some type of rub(or don’t), cook it fat side up(or down), with foil(or without), at 200(or 275), until 180 degrees(or 200). I’ve literally tried to do something different every time and I can’t screw it...

I sold half at $37. I bought it as low as $6 but my average price was a little over $12. I just figured it would dip again and really peak this fall. I don’t know much about the market though. It just can’t keep going up at this pace without live sports..
