Problem with Rosman is there is this high expectation for football success. It is not the 80's or 90's anymore. In reality Rosman has had 1 winning season (2015) and 1 .500 season (2012) since 2002. 2 decent seasons in 16 years isn't great (both under Whitman). They seem to show great support...
