    As someone else touched on, the constant turnover is a big part of it. Yes the fan base will still cheer anytime the team is on tv, but it’s hard to feel any sort of connection when the entire starting five changes every single year. Frankly it sucks not to build those connections to players...

    I mean, MSU is the #10 ranked team, and it's Izzo. They'll always compete. Trying to pretend like scoring 90+ points and beating #10 MSU is trash just looks petty. It'll get settled in January, bigger game to come tonight. No need to start the "tear the competition down to build us up"...
