    Fox getting slammed

    If he gets fouled with 8-10 seconds left he has to shoot the biggest free throws of his life with the crowd going berserk. If he misses one and the Knicks win, people would kill him for dribbling the ball out and not going for the layup. He had a bad game but I don't think his decision was awful.

    Maybe the ankle is still bothering him but he doesn't look like the same player. He was never a great 3-point shooter. Take away his quickness and he looks pretty average. His max contract kicks in next season. In 2029-30 he'll make $61 million...

    Anyone remember Patrick Ewing missing that finger-roll at the end of the game against the Pacers in 95? That went through my mind when Josh Hart blew that layup. Glad he doesn't have to live with it. I love that dude. One of the best rebounding guards I've ever seen. What a game!

    A UCLA reporter said Yessoufou's deal was upwards of $7 million. Then Adam Zagoria, who's a NY guy and would probably know, said it was "close to $6 million." Not a massive difference but it proves there's always false numbers floating around. I don't buy $8-9M at all.

    I heard his call into KSR too. I checked MM's Instagram and he in fact posted some kind of advertisement or something an hour or so ago. So it does make some sense that he hasn't committed yet if he still has contractual obligations to fill. I'm still a bit pessimistic about this whole thing...

    Fox's max contract kicks in next year and he's looked awful. Hopefully it's the ankle injury holding him back because that's looking like a pretty bad deal right now and he's going to take a ton of heat if (when) they lose this series.
