His usage rating was at essentially 25% (for reference Otega's the last 2 years were 26 and 28% respectively) and he averaged 3.6 assists per game.     Sure... What I mean by that is every "insider" from UK and national either saying, "its a done deal, expect a boom in the next 48 hours" or "UK has the biggest offer and is the presumed landing spot". Only for the guy to never sign on the dotted line during last minute negotiations.
