    As mentioned- the family i know extremely well went to court had a court order... guardianship changed and the Supt. still said NO... this was going to court but would have continued to cost $$$$. So the family did the next best thing- they moved within the district and flipped a big middle...

    i know a family that gave up parental rights and new family was awarded them and district STILL wouldn't allow athlete to participate in a public school so it's difficult in some districts... and they were same district with multiple schools.

    no pain... thank you for pointing that out, i tried to say that recruiting is a must as private schools are private businesses. They must market their entire school experience to keep the doors open. Thank you for the clarification.
