Old baseball adage--"You must be strong up the middle" and we are not. CF drops fly balls and catchers have too many passed balls and then can't throw out baserunners.
When you have few turnovers you can shoot more--thus more points. a simple concept Bulldogs can't figure out. the Ball fake and back door cut--also something we don't work on. Bobby knight said the ball fake is under-utilized in college ball.
you might have an argument if Bailey didn't play in the NBA and was equally as great there as in the all white league. I guess Babe Ruth should be considered average by your thinking.
