    That's not how this works at all. If a court injunction made him eligible, then he's eligible until a court changes that. Playing him during the period of the injunction is not a violation and games do not have to be vacated.

    You might edit your post to mention it's the Kentucky state specific case, since there are so many cases ongoing across the country. This overturns the injunction previously approved for players suing in the state of Kentucky
