UNC Coming to RUPP! (ACC/SEC Challenge)

Duke getting a home game 2 years in a row is a JOKE. Like...reporters should demand answers for this. It's a F*CKING JOKE.

Would someone plz evaluate how the other SEC teams did in the offseason?

I mean Big Z played more than 20+ minutes in 14 straight games to close the regular season- didn't play as much in the big dance but that seemed more matchup related than anything. He also was 2nd in the SEC in BPG, and was top-5 in America in block percentage (block volume based on minutes...

Would someone plz evaluate how the other SEC teams did in the offseason?

They also lost Jonas Aidoo and as you mentioned they lost Thiero who was their best overall playmaker and finisher, and Big Z who was arguably their best perimeter shooter all year and stretched their offense a ton. I'm not a fan of Pringle, I think Meleek Thomas is overrated, and I think Acuff...

    Jasper and Fears

I am not super high on Jasper right now, going to be honest. Not sure I totally see his game translating day 1.

    2026 Maui Invitational?

Ole Miss is already representing the SEC in it so I don't believe so. Plus they already have a repeat in the Big 12 between Zona and BYU (the teams signed on to play in it when they were still in different conferences).

SI has Cats #7 in another Way Too Early Top 25

I really don't get the Florida love. Xavian Lee is nowhere close to Walter Clayton or Elijah Martin. Nowhere close. Arkansas was better a year ago without Boogie Fland. Their frontcourt is obviously going to be very good but that isn't what made them special last year. I just don't see them as...

Zion Williamson being sued for rape and abuse during time at Duke.

Yes exactly. People with that line of thinking, I can only assume have never known someone close to them in these types of situations. These situations are sad and hard and f*cked up and there are a million reasons why women stay even after having been repeatedly abused or assaulted.

Zion Williamson being sued for rape and abuse during time at Duke.

Obviously...that is why I have said like 3 times already that we don't know what happened, we need to let due process, etc....most in here (yourself included) seem to be assuming that she is lying, it's a moneygrab, etc., and are already drawing your own conclusions- I am one of the only ones...

Zion Williamson being sued for rape and abuse during time at Duke.

Nobody (at least not me) said there wasn't reason to be skeptical still. Point number 1 is incredibly common, people stay with abusers ALL THE TIMEEEE, whether they have money or not. Point number 2, who knows why, it could be because it's a fake claim, it could be because she's finally come...

Zion Williamson being sued for rape and abuse during time at Duke.

Idk, sounds like they were living/staying together and had been in a relationship for 2 years by that point. Whether we like to admit it or not, people get raped or assaulted by their partners all the time and stay with them, and it happens again. Especially when money is involved and they like...

    Offseason Complete- Grade Mark Pope

Ladders do provide a lot of versatility to be sure, and they are indeed talented. DIY projects, wrestling matches, but they're especially good when it's time to cut some nets.

    FINAL LINEUP: Post Oweh Returning

This is the deepest we have EVER been, in my opinion. We legitimately have 13 guys who could log heavy minutes on an SEC team. Not even 96 or 2015 had the type of talent at spots 11, 12, 13 and 14. Just an outrageously deep basketball team. I swore I would never, ever want to platoon again...

With Oweh back, what do you think the depth chart/minute distribution/etc will look like?

I think our starting lineup will be clear, but the minutes will be super hard to determine: Lowe (25)/Aberdeen (15) Aberdeen (10)/Jasper (15)/Chandler (15) Oweh (25)/Williams (15) Mo D (22)/AJ (15)/Garrison (3) JQ (25)/Garrison (15) The issue we have is that we just have so many bodies. I...
