    No one gave us a chance in 83 either lol. This Havelock team is right there with the 2019 ES and last couple MA teams and some of those WRH dawgs. I'm a Viking thru and thru so i ain't never saying we can't win. We just can't give them short fields.

    If i remember correctly in 2013 Wallace Rose Hill rolled into town with a beast of a running back and a offensive line the size of oak trees and ran sweeps to the right side all night and mowed us down like corn stalks. I think the score was somewhere around 35 to 10 and broke a 45 game win...

    I'm all in on that and i remember watching that 2019 ES team beat the brakes off of us. They probably would have beaten most teams in NC except for the very elite 4A and 3A teams. I don't think we have the fire power to get into a shoot out with the Rams. Our best chance is to play lights out...

    I can't see it turning into a low scoring contest. Tarboro's backfield is too deadly and with the added passing threat its too much to throttle back. It will be a feeling out period but someone will turn the wick up. But we all know how weird this contest can be. Strange things happen. lol

    Playing Tarboro will make your team better,. It will show them what they can be if they put in the hard work. Just think how seasoned those freshman will be as juniors and seniors. Glad to see you guys on a come back. I remember those tough Bertie teams we use to play.
