    If you aren’t hiring big time then you don’t pay big time. We hire people trying to prove themselves but pay them like they are top 20 college coaches. They fail to live up to the salary and we are screwed. We are stupid for giving out these contracts.

    I didn't like the hire then, but maybe you have a point. Who else was trying to hire Beamer though? No one. So if we couldn't find anyone and no one else was offering him a head coaching job ..... why did he get a low dollar, prove it contract? Why did he get a huge raise and buyout...

    You can’t fire him unless you fire our new idiot AD that gave him an extension with a raise and increased buyout less than 10 months ago. We are bad because we are stupid. Our administration keeps making bonehead decisions and the fans just say that is Carolina Football.
