    I agree. Dempsey is doing a great job!! It took Coach Padgett 12 years to get to the title game and 13 years to win it. Some great seasons coming to Stallion Country, if Cooper will just let them play.

    Where did anyone say anything negative about the Green kids? Nowhere. Derek was huge and developed into a great player for us. I remember him getting pissed off against East Bladen and started putting people in the ambulance!!! I think two Eagles RB got carted off that night. Nothing dirty...

    Here's another stat. In the last 23 years, Richlands has 5 playoff wins. Southwest has 55 playoff wins in the same 23 years (11 times more playoff wins in the same time) . WOW!!!!!!! No wonder your other son wanted to play at SWO. Hard to get on the playoff highlight films sitting at home.

    Really can you blame them? Here's an interesting stat: Richlands has won 5 playoff games in the last 23 seasons. Southwest won 5 playoff games in the 2012 playoffs alone.

    In the east finals, it was huge when we tied it to go to overtime. WA got the ball first and scored a touchdown, but missed the extra point. We pounded it in to tie it up in overtime and one of those Sunday kids split the uprights to win 37-36. One of the best games EVER!!!

    I KNOW!!!! Jamaal Williams, Zach Matics, Pierre Davis, Chris Hairston and Derrick Johnson. Each player scored at least 6 points in the Stallions 54-13 win over Richlands that year (win # 22 in the streak). Zach was our kicker, but he had 10 points with 7 extra points and a FG).
