    I heard an insider with the team said that he had some injury and his bounce was gone. Fland had a bad shoulder and Haugh had a pinched nerve in his foot. No excuses. Just what I heard a few days ago. Golden was always closed mouth about shttt like that.

    I will say UK plays UF as hard as any team and takes away parts of their game with their def. But FLa has so many weapons its pick your poison. MOst teams get blown out when UF gets going at times but UK shows grit.

    Pearl is a great coach and was Golden's mentor. Golden best friend is Stephen Pearl. They are like brothers......I have always liked Bruce since UT. I remember when he took off his shirt and painted a letter on it in support of that great lady coach from UT.
