BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

I think why so many of us are upset, is because we witnessed a "lack of class and respect" given to JF who arguably did more that anyone in the history of PSU football to reach our ceiling. JF was booed out of State College and the AD joined in the fan club and fired him after TWO bad weeks of...

BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

Okay okay, you're correct, Drew threw a horrendous pick in the late moments of a final four game in which we outplayed Notre Dame. We dominated the first two playoff games no matter who they were against. Its funny how far our expectations have dropped already. I knew that we would become the...

Franklin also had us one play from the title game the year before.... so if MC gets there and then he can lose games like this

BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

That's over an 11 year span. 5 or 6 bad games in 11 years. That's incredible. MC has 1 already in 4 games LOL. And we were one play away from the title game two years ago. Its insane that PK fired him after two bad weeks, and had NO PLAN after that.

    Looking ahead

Do you recall the year prior when we were in the Big ten title game? Or when we were one play away from the National Title Game. Just a hunch but I think it may have been wise to stick with the guy who built us to that point over ten years. Yes he had a bad TWO WEEK stretch. Lost in OT to a...

So which guy would our "company" have been wise to keep, Franklin or Kraft??

    Looking ahead

Who is favored right now us or VT on a neutral field? The fact that we probably don't know who would be favored tells the story. VT won 3 games last year. I knew we would fall, but I just didn't realize how quickly we would fall

    Looking ahead

Why does he suck? WE fired him and its ok to say that was the wrong move. He is closer to the playoffs then we are and he is at VT. That is all we need to know

    Looking ahead

I keep hearing this, but no one says why?? Franklin wanted to stay, most of the players loved Franklin, he had a GREAT recruiting class lined up, he had just lost in the final four game the year before......... I think James was a victim of his own success. He had us so close to beating OSU...

Film Study - PSU's Lack of Explosive Run Plays

Yes at this position he is not. My guess is... as the season progress, MC will play Hansen less and less. I do think all coaches seem to have certain players that they do this with. Joe did it, James did it. Last year everyone was upset that Clifford played. With Joe I remember when he...

Film Study - PSU's Lack of Explosive Run Plays

With two of those coaches, JF and TS he was behind two NFL backs. Of course he wouldn't start over Kaytron or Singleton. They aren't here now, under MC his competition is Carson Hansen. HUGE difference
