Rendering of renovations for MSU softball and tennis complex.

We are scheduled to host the SEC Softball Tourney in a few years, so I imagine the timing for this project will coordinate to be done in preparation for that.

The Reveille is returning after a four year absence?

Yes. Budget cuts in 2006 and lack of student fees forced the price per student to go up to over $75/book, and sales plummeted. They discontinued the book in Spring of 2008. Glad to see it's coming back for this year.

How long do you think the "sellout" streak continues?

UT Martin is already sold out, as is Alabama. I think there are less than 200 remaining for the Egg Bowl. So I expect it will continue for the remainder of this season for sure.

"Please direct your attention to the Video Board..."

It's a complete change from last year. During last season, we were playing Hip Hop during every chance we had to keep the crowd energized. I counted yesterday, and between the third and fourth quarters we showed 4 commercials. We have changed from playing music to keep the crowd energized...

Who has received their Alumni Survey???

Great to see MSU continuing to ask for feedback in all ways. That's how you continue to improve and get better as a University. Hope we have a high response rate on these.

The Rowdies are no more. They have been axed.

That should be a big help for student involvement at basketball, anything we can do to try to get it back as loud as it used to be is an improvement. I'll be interested to see how this all plays out, and if the students will buy into a new group.

Student section in the Hump will not be split this year.

This should definitely help in making it louder in the hump again. It has never been as loud since the student section was split two years ago.
