It is because of the trickle down effect. Happens all the time. If it passes in one Class then the proposal happens soon in another class and soon after all classes. Sometimes in order for this not to happen, schools vote against a proposal, that is not in their Class. This is their right.

Do the district final matches count in wild card standings? If so, with as many B and C teams that North Platte plays, could a team jump them for the 8 seed (wild card)?
and my best guess would be 6-9 teams that declare to play 8 man from the non-declared list. Looks to be a similar amount of 8 man teams then in this next cycle.
