Jackson Cantwell visited Nebraska more than he visited Miami. Problem was Nebraska couldn’t afford Jackson and red stadium seats. so they went Rex Waterman and red chairs. Seems like a good football move.

    New and improved Memorial Stadium

If you don’t like context. Bob Gibson was born in Omaha and pitched. I was born in Omaha and pitched. Me and Bob Gibson are the same kind of pitcher

    New and improved Memorial Stadium

Oh I agree. Do both. But the mouths of decadents in the program don’t want to share the pot.

And boom - news from the judicial branch

Schools aren’t required to pay the $20MM. For those that can’t. Sink. Welcome to America. Go to Cuba if you want to be a socialist Nebraska could have easily cut $20MM out of the $84-ish it spent last year on expense and pay players. This could be a big advantage for Nebraska football. If the...

    New and improved Memorial Stadium

I can imagine the board room in Lincoln now. Boss man: “Ladies and Gentleman we haven’t been relevant in ages, our fan base is getting older, and upset. How do we fix this?” First guy to respond. “Sir, i think we should move our focus on the players and NIL. Bring in better talent so we can...

    New and improved Memorial Stadium

They spent $20MM less than Nebraska, went 13-3, finished in the top 5 and had a ton of success in the CFP. Maybe the boosters used that extra $20MM spend on players. Or maybe red seats just cost a lot more than white seats

    New and improved Memorial Stadium

This is how a program that can spend $84MM a year can have a record 22-35 (.385 winning %) . We see the program losing, the vendors and admin see it a winning program. They don’t have the same success gage as fans. Hooray the stadium looks more vibrant. hooray our seats are more red. Is that...

Circa Sports Big Ten over and under - make a few picks.

I’d stay the hell away from Nebraska over 7.5. Last time Nebraska won 8 regular season games, Obama was in office and federal rate was @ 0.25%. Last time Nebraska had this much hype going into a year was… 2024. Every year is the year; Make them prove it first, don’t make that bet either way...

    Recruiting, transfers and NIL

Yeah, that’s why the won. They were putting the money in the hands of people who really control outcomes of games. Failing to see your point? And at least NIL makes it legal for everyone else to do. Any why bama, LSU, and UGA are losing their competitive advantage What, are you in favor of...

    Recruiting, transfers and NIL

Money corrupted this program long before NIL. Lots of people being paid by the program that don’t have crap to do with winning football games. If anything NIL is more honest cause at least the money goes to the people winning and losing the games

Notre Dame may be losing their annual game

That was obvious when ND ignored its catholic faith and joined the ACC over the Big East.
