    None of the options are good ones so far. I wrote looking for ideas and perspective. Perspective I received. I am grateful that perhaps they found this soon enough that it can be contained. I am scared of the surgery and changes that come with it.

    Given the stigma with Cancer I have only told close friends and family. Not work. Maybe its okay on the board because not many know who i am offline.

    I am sorry to hear this. I feel for all of you.

    I asked because, I had my physical which with a 5.7 PSA led to a urologist and another MRI (after three years). In the midst of that my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He is 82. His PET scan showed its in and on the prostate. Then I had to get a biopsy a couple weeks later and its positive. The scores are reasonable, but I have a PET scan next week.

    It's actually my Father in law, he is 59 years old. He went to the doctor every year and stayed on top of his screenings. His cancer diagnosis got missed and by the time they caught it had already began to spread to his bones. He is receiving pluvicto treatment right now from Bamf in Grand Rapids but is only eligible for three more treatments. He is as good a human being as there is.

    He is the most easy going person I've ever met. Ive never heard him say a bad word about anyone in the time I’ve known him. He always thinks of other before himself. He is the hardest worker I know so it's very unfortunate that he is dealing with this and fighting cancer. If anyone can pray for him I would appreciate that.
