    I think they are still a year away. Still very young team. They have a good backfield with 3 backs that can do damage but still developing the guys up front. If they can come together Then they will be improved from last year.

    Appo will not control the line of scrimmage nor will they get to bring their officiating crew. But I still say they win on Glenvar lack of Offense

    I think will be a good game also. My concern for appo is passing game. If they can’t find a little it’s going to be rough. Glenvar is a lot better against the run but not a great offense I’ll say Appo in low scoring game by 6

    Playoffs on the horizon

    If a team can’t pass it’s going to be very hard to beat Glenvar in my opinion. They are to good against the run. I don’t think they are that dynamic on offense but they make very few mistakes and rely on the D.

    I have to agree. Philpott is best I’ve seen and can’t believe he hasn’t had D1 offers. I’ve heard it’s his height but man he’s a beast on the field. Best in my opinion

    Glenvar vs. Giles

    Just really bad luck this year with injuries. Worst I’ve seen. With low numbers moving people around every week. Starting tailback got hurt in Graham game and has been very limited since. 5 or 6 more starters done for season. This is a young team and I think things will turn around next year.

    Giles should be getting some key players back next few weeks. Glenvar will beat Radford, that are average at best.

    Pre Season Hype

    It was said in the post before that Graham would have 3 tough games and Giles was not included. I dont think Giles will be a cake walk for anyone this year other then maybe Blacksburg. I hear that the line is very big and strong.
