    How many IHSA had the opportunity this kid has for his future? Sure there are several but this kid chose his future over a season of football. What is wrong with that? No matter the decision it is the right decision. The kid and the people around him have his best interests in mind.

    IHSA, yes. Big Hoodie, yes. Kids mom and dad, yes. The kids, some but not all, yes. Coaches, not really but some. Fans of HS football, nope. It's already somewhat watered down as is and the number of 30+ point wins in the 1st 2 rounds is evidence enough that more teams should not get in.
