    Switched at the half to see a more competitive game....Army/Michigan....just couldnt watch this anymore.

    Stopped putting out the R house flag as tired of getting laughed out here in Dawg country . Not even close to being competitive . Been attending games since the 50's. Today's Maryland game ? I actually choose cleaning the cats litter boxes over watching the game ! Worst year ever !

    Your First Game as a Rutgers Fan

    Was back in '59 or '60. Think it was Colgate. Growing up in Brunswick we snuck in thru a hole in the fence near River Road and just went and sat on the hill under the scoreboard watching the games. No one ever bothered us.

    Holy Cow ! The Scooter and Bill White.....if the Yankees were having a bad day then the Scooter with his antics and stories kept me entertained.

    Who brought you to your first Rutgers game ?

    Other neighborhood kids from New Brunswick in the late 50's. They showed me all the holes in the fences along River Road and we would sneak in and sit on the hill. Before the cannon team was there. Best seats in the house

    Stroudsburg, Pa?

    Parents retired to East Stroudsburg just past the flea market on 209. It was a beautiful area and downtown Stroudsburg had some nice restaurants , bars, etc. They enjoyed it. Only bad part was weekend traffic on Rt 80 and 209 in the summer. Many times it was just gridlock which I hated.
