    I respect Army's players for their service but I want to pound them like I do any other team. The that's the one thing I dislike about playing the service academies. It seems some of our fans are ambivalent about beating them.

    Losing Turner Gill to Nebraska was our greatest recruiting loss during the Switzer era. Campbell and Sanders were obviously great but we found other guys to play RB. We came fairly close to getting Marcus Allen as well but we wanted him to play QB.

    Correct humblesooner! I should have said this only applies to us locals. Georgia and Oklahoma have reasonable winters compared to most places in the north and Midwest. This year's playoff has the four warmest weather teams since the playoff started. Which doesn't mean much of anything.

    I think the location is good. It would be a great place to stay for a few days. You are not in the heart of an entertainment area but you are a short drive away from a lot of good places to visit.
