    Driving around Pacific side is fairly easy with any type of 4x4 SUV. I wouldn’t risk it without 4x4. Do not drive inland with small family. Beaches are public spaces almost everywhere and you can fish from them.

    Kids are probably too young for that trip but if you are still inclined: Fly into Liberia and stay in that general area. Maybe hire an outfit to take you all to Arenal after the beach. Do NOT take kids to San Jose and expect anything good to come of it.

    Sprint stinks in MS. It may be ok in Starkville but traveling anywhere outside the city could be an issue. I work in Oxford as a contractor and get no signal in that town. It's infuriating that I can't even take a picture of a piece of equipment and text it while on be job site there...
