    I am speaking directly about HCs taking calls from families and then meeting with them. It is 100% against the rules. They know this, and do it anyway. Why? Because nothing is done about it.

    When coaches are meeting with parents of kids who attend other schools, that should be easy to prove. But who is actually looking? No one. CMS AD turned out to be all talk when it came to "cleaning things up."
