    At least four of the women on NU's team left the ranks of coaches after their careers were over because they saw such limited opportunities. PPD, they make the same arguments about black head coaches in the NFL, but how many are there now? I think the current total is three. You say it's 70%...

    One thing from the article that is probably overlooked -- such as the Rock thread on the search for a new women's basketball coach -- is the fact that the incredibly successful women's teams at NU are led by female coaches. With all due respect to Coach McKeown (who I consider to be a friend)...

    i agree with this wholeheartedly. I would attribute this to the reduction in street parking in the areas around W-R and NRF. Fewer cars parked on Ashland and Lincoln make it much easier to get out of the area...
