    Yes, my entire career has been in North Carolina. By the time those rules were passed, I was already past that point in my career. If more money is an issue for young teachers they can drive a bus (1 hour per day is about $400 more per month), move to a district that pays a higher supplement...

    According to GreatSchools.org, Haywood Early College has 176 high school students. That would definitely reduce the enrollment at Tuscola and Pisgah significantly.
