    Respectfully they would have no chance against Cherokee. Cherokee is one of the best 1A/2A girls basketball teams that's ever took the court in NC. A team capable of winning every division 1A through 8A, if not outright favored to do so.

    I agree with all of this. Given the youth and inexperience in some key areas the non conference will probably have some bumps in the road, but assuming they can develop a few lineman I think they'll have the potential to be a dangerous team and a legitimate contender in the west come playoff time.

    #84? No offers that I'm aware of. I know he's a little light for a DE but I believe he's a college level player and hope someone pulls the trigger on him, definitely one of the best DE's I've seen at Murphy.
