Have to disagree. Using last years team as an example, as tough as they come and loaded with swagger. That team was undersized but was able to intimidate from the first snap of every game. It is a trait that is proudly passed down from every team to its next year’s successor.
The better team won last year, sorry. If you want to talk about “ flukey“’ plays, perhaps look no further than the Warren score off a snap over the punters head.
This game is a “ pick ‘em “ . The one thing that is for certain, is that both programs have great history and class. I doubt the loser of this game will be on here telling everyone how they are still the better team
I was at the MS-WT game in week 2. Never got the sense that Warren was a dirty team. They are a very physical team, but I don’t believe the game ever got chippy on either end.
With the ability to look at the extended weather forecast, why in the world would any of these teams have picked Friday night to play? I guess I’ll get the umbrella and the rain poncho out again
Fantastic atmosphere and unbelievable intensity for a week 2 non conference game. Both teams were extremely physical and this was one of the hardest hitting high school football games I can remember seeing. Something tells me these two teams will see each other again before this season is over.
