    2028 Recruiting

I was going to post something to that effect as well. She sure seems very engaged with quite a few visits. A lot of Hawk fans in Quincy. Heck, Iowa City is closer to Quincy than Champaign. I have a good feeling about a Khloe IA commitment at some point.

    2027 Recruiting

We can probably scratch UCONN off of the Daughtry sweepstakes as they just received a 5 star PG commitment.

If Tavion Banks returns in 2026-27, we would have 1 Open Roster Spot (14 players are officially signed)

Schools that have the most NCAA Tournament wins WITHOUT a NCAA Tournament Championship

Richmond also played 4 games in 4 days with their last game on that same Sunday. Granted few hours earlier than IA and not the same level of competition as B1G; but still a really bad loss that soured many fans on Fran.

Encouraging info, Wilson would be a great get - and give us a serious advantage for her younger sister Ashlee who is really, really good too. I don’t follow this as closely as many but my sense is Suebert is more of a PG while Wilson is more of a SG even though they both are listed as a CG...

    2027 Recruiting

I heard it from a couple of very close friends who are active in the IC business community. They’re total IA hoops junkies who talk to a lot of people in the IC area by virtue of their business interests. It’s the type of thing that they would had heard it from a contact who heard it first...

    2027 Recruiting

I heard a rumor that Davion Thompson, highly recruited 2027 PG, and IA are in serious discussions involving Thompson reclassifying to 2026 and committing to the Hawks. This presumably would be slightly different than Trey Thompson given the likely (I presume) “5-to play-5” rule change so he’d...

Bennett Stirtz talks NBA Combine experience

Bennett Stirtz in one short year has worked his way into the hearts of many Iowa fans - this Hawk fan for sure - as one of the greats. A total class act!
