Not impressed with that Watering Hole on Holdrege. Went last Friday and the food wasn't very good. Sportscasters should be solid @ 70th & Adams

I got tired of the sensors on the Maverick going out so I went with a Tappecue with the probes that are covered at the joint. Way more expensive, but it works well. You can track your sessions from phone or tablet via your wi-fi in the house. You can also graph your smoking sessions to see...

OT: REC-TEC or Yoder smoker

Bought a Rec Tec last summer to replace my old Traeger. Absolutely love it. Keeps temperature on point, can smoke low at 180 and gets up to 500. Bought the grill grates makes a nice addition for grilling.
