OT: For you parents of teens and college kids

If you are referring to always trying to do the right thing as that, I’ll take it all as a huge compliment. Our society is morally bankrupt on so many levels. I don’t worry about it.

You are certainly entitled to your outlook as I’m entitled to mine. Hope you have a wonderful day.

OT: For you parents of teens and college kids

I don’t intend to bring any politics here. I don’t agree with Trump on much, but I 100% agree with him that people who drink and take substances are complete idiots unable to handle reality. Sucks that some people struggle to see that. Many of those people out there.

OT: For you parents of teens and college kids

Terrible to hear. Any parent who drinks in front of their kids absolutely 100% condones taking drugs and substances such as this. Can’t blame the kids. They are just doing what their parents taught them to do. It truly sucks that some people can’t handle reality. Absolutely horrible to hear...

Mizzou coach comes across as a jerk

I spent very little time or thought when it comes to Missouri but childish immature comments is about all I’ve heard from him. It may have been last time we played them he was going way out of his way to ensure he was front of the center of the camera. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he...

Should we throw up a few National Championships in our football stadium?

We’ve actually already won several. 1903, 1913, 1917, 1940, 1941, 1974, 1980, 1999 MISSISSIPPI STATE 8 TIME NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! let’s use some of that Alabama math. We have Auburn, ole miss, and Texas A&M ABSOLUTELY 100% doing this. Promote MSU football in a positive light. It’s a no brainer...

Should we throw up a few National Championships in our football stadium?

Make it look realistic. Nobody in a few years will even question it. If we claim 140 while Alabama claims 26 or however many they do then it won’t look authentic. Pick several of our best teams and just run with it. Texas A&M did this too.

Should we throw up a few National Championships in our football stadium?

You got the right idea. Our 1940 national championship holds more weight than Ole Miss’s dingleberry championship does. Advertise and market the heck out of it. Put it all over campus then we’ll go win some more. We’ve already won several. Every single one of those MSU commercials needs to...

Should we throw up a few National Championships in our football stadium?

Nobody cares when they won if it was 2022 or 1902… just put “MSU 9 time national champions” in letters so big on the back of that scoreboard over the endzone. EVERYONE will see it who steps on campus. Again, Auburn does this, ole Miss does this… I don’t think that in itself will sell any one...

Should we throw up a few National Championships in our football stadium?

Dude EXACTLY. If anyone questions it just respond with “60sdog’s great grandpappy kept a football journal and he declared MSU national champion in 1940, 1941, 1947 etc…” that’s what Auburn has done. It’s what ole Miss has done. We “won” national championships just as much as they did. May as...

Who was the coach dropping F bombs about holding?

Not sure who heard it on live broadcast, but after an obvious hold on South Carolina it got quiet and all you could hear “how the f*** is that not holding?! How the f*** is that not holding?!” Over and over from our sideline. I’m not all for cussing on live national television but that was...

Are the polls fair to MSU?

I know our recent history is average at best… but, for discussion sake look at Florida. 3 wins, barely squeaked by @Auburn and they leap past us to #20. Meanwhile, we have arguably the best QB in college football and we win convincingly @sc (similar opponent to Auburn imo) and we barely enter...

The hype on Kamario Taylor is growing BIGTIME

Some comments from well known podcasters and fans of other schools: “Best QB prospect in the history of football” “Blend between Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and Michael Vick” “Worth more than twice as much as Mensah, Jeremiah Smith, etc…” I was around during Dak years and remember the media...
