    Yup now what. Not sure this is all that important just as upgrading Walsh did not help the program. Any kids we recruited staying because of the Walsh upgrade? Any kids come because of the Walsh upgrade? Ditto a GM. Nice to have is all I can see. Not sure it is money best spent.

    I can understand you never being invited with J-Lo since money would be the issue among other things. I'm sure UConn has had many invites to leave the BE and it is not about money.

    UConn staying in the BE is a choice of making the dance just about every year and having a chance to advance in the tourney. To leave the BE would make getting into the dance harder. I don't see UConn ever making that decision. The have a great thing going and they are not going to screw it up.

    Very creative fiction. A lot of thought and malice went into it. Not very useful for the program to take anything from and build on it. Maybe use your imagination to do that instead of tearing the program down.

    You miss the obvious. To make the BE relevant again it has to schedule a better OCC with major opponents and win those games. Then you will see 4 to 6 teams invited to the dance. Until that happens it will be 2 or 3 teams and dwindling down to maybe 2. The BE is becoming the Big Least.

    Watch a video of him in high school. Readily available. See him play center and what he did and can do. Granted it is a step up in the BE but if all you ask of him is what he did in HS it would be plenty good teamed up with 4 starters who were studs.

    Yes but that was with limited playing time. Extrapolate that to playing more minutes per game and the stats are really good.
