    We only had one big! That is my point!!!! Most guards when they drive have at least 2 bigs in or near the low post. Budd only had one and if he was not there for whatever reason there was NO other options!

    There were not a lot of scoring options for Budd to pass to and certainly not any outside scoring threats! And then there was butterfingers manning the center spot. So yes Budd was often the best scoring threat in many games due to the line up deficiencies!

    Most guards on top teams have 3 front court players that can bail them out. We only had one center that was a true center and could bail him out! He did a lot with less!
