    Tuscola Football

Waynesville dropped their youth program and I hear the Lake J numbers are down as well. Macon, Clay and Jackson numbers are down That is very concerning to me. I'm afraid that WNC is becoming a microcosm of what has been going on in other places . The drop of interest in playing, concussion...

    PISGAH ,EAST HENDERSON

Its good to see the Mountain 6 strong from top to bottom. Usually not the case,so these last 4 weeks should be fun. Don't sleep on the Panthers!

I keep seeing the term "Daddy Ball." Please explain. Are there Dad's on the staff or is it more of pressure from the boosters, big wigs in the community?

Who's it going to be at BIG T?????

Transplants don't give a damn about old school football.

Brookshire to Tuscola? What's next for SM??

W.I.R., you sound knowledgable. Almost sound like a Smoky fan, turned Franklin fan, that may turn back to a Smoky fan real soon.

    MAC Week 1 picks...

Quit hijacking the MAC thread Tuscola fans! You're not playing a MAC team (yet). At least wait until next year when you will be in the MAC. We'll see how your thumping your chest when the Panthers come to town to take yet another WNCAC crown. BTW, are you running the same 2 plays this year...

Thoughts on the new MAC/WNC conference?

I'm with Reynoldsrocks2. WHY would they put three 3a teams in a splint when you can have a 9 team conference and only have to find 2 games with minimal travel?? I like this conference a lot and I'm sure that Enka and North Buncombe are going to welcome the "new" three in with open arms.

    St.Stephens @Pisgah

I had to copy this post above from the other thread: Again I ask, what would you have lined up in and ran? What changes would you have made? What did you see from the other team that need to be adjusted to? I hate matching wits with an unarmed man. Anyway, Full control? So you think a coach...

    St.Stephens @Pisgah

This thread has sparked my interest. TruBear just wondering what constitutes the offensive coaches sucking? Sounds like the Bears didn't play well as a whole. What formations and personnel would you have ran instead? Sometimes the other team wants it more. I didn't agree with all the calls...

Rumour From Haywood County........ Is It True?

I hear Josh Brooks will be the new man at Smoky too! Bringing brothers with him. Napert is on the way out as soon as he lands an asst. collegiate job. Tuscola will be looking for a new coach before Pisgah will. Any wagers? Will Erwin try to promote from within? Don't fool yourselves...
